If you’ve ever been drunk, you know what it means to be under the influence. Some are more daring, some get really happy. Some people get belligerent and down right angry. Paul talks about not getting drunk on wine, but ...Read more
I’ve been craving a good french dip for a long time…
(Newport Beach, CA)R&D Kitchen is defineltly one of my favorites for this sandwich. Everything else is great, but gotta go with the dip!
I wonder what the R&D stand for?
Been a few days since I’ve blogged…
Recently I’ve been put to the test in learning how to forgive.
Last week I got into a heated argument w/ someone really close to me. Tempers flared, things were said out of anger, and self-control was thrown out the window. I’m no saint, and God definitely convicted me of things said that day.
As days went by and I tried to continue on thinking I was “right,” I noticed a lot about myself. I saw how bitterness really does give the devil a foothold into your life. My patience was gone, I...Read more
I woke up this morning to a disturbing dream. Actually it was more like a nightmare. In the dream, this evil witch would snatch away my friends and drag them off to some other place. Unfortunately, I was really chicken and just kept running away. After praying about it, I realized that thi...Read more
“But he was angry and refused to go in. His father came out and entreated him, but he answered his father, ‘Look, these many years I have served you, and I never disobeyed your command, yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might celebrate with my friends…” – Luke 15:28

You have no right to be offended. If you take the right to be offended you lose. If you choose to be offended you have lost out on a valuable opportunity to purify an area in your heart that is still wounded. This decision happens in about 16 seconds. There is an important point to be made here – neither of you will win this battle. Even if you think that you have “hamme...Read more
I’ve been out in Asia now for almost 40 days. Since New Years till the time I go back will be 40 days. I didn’t even plan it this way. Just kinda happened.
I find it funny and symbolic that I’ve been away for this amount of time. The flood, the desert, and the wilderness are all symbolic of a transformation. I’ve experienced and seen a lot during this time.
Have I been “transformed?”
I dunno, guess we’ll see.
Yay God!
Today I saw revival in a restaraunt, did a sozo in the afternoon, and then saw my friend speak at a youth service where all the kids got totally rocked.
Fun day!
Last year I went to Indonesia and had the opportunity to serve at a Crusade with Pastor Philip Mantofa… Well I didn’t really do much serving, but got the opportunity to lead a song of worship in front of tens of thousands of people. That was a pretty awesome experience. Anyhow, I wrote to pastor phil and told him how honorered I felt to be hanging around such men of faith, and how inadequate I felt. He replied with a simple thank you note. The next day at the conference(in front of the whole church) he asked me if he could read the email out loud....Read more
I love pastor philip mantofa!
He was preaching the other day and just sharing his journey. He shared about his simple faith and how he strives to display Jesus in every thing that he does. How every decision he makes, he tries to be led by the Holy Spirit.
Thing that hit me most wa...Read more
