有粵曲(紫釵記),有唱歌,講吓愛情。

上臂啞鈴彎舉

鍛練目標 : 手臂二頭肌(老鼠仔)

1.雙手保持微曲,握著啞鈴。

2.呼氣,先將左手手臂屈曲,將啞鈴舉起,直至啞鈴到達胸前位置,稍作停頓再把啞鈴下降回開始時位置,同時右手手臂屈曲,將啞鈴舉起到達胸前位置。

每組做30次,進行3組。

Lunge 箭蹲

鍛練目標 : 大腿及臀部肌肉

1.擺出箭步姿勢,前腳作支撐,後腳作負助,平衡身體。

2.慢慢將前、後腳同時屈曲,上身隨著動作向下沉,當雙腳屈曲約90度時,前腳慢慢用力,直至撐起上身。

每組做15次,進行3組。雙腳交替進行。
