One day, I was on-line on Facebook and saw an ad. for a blog called "As I See It" by a young U.S./Canadian expat in Hong Kong. I checked it out and found his blog quite well written and relevant, especially to us in Hong Kong. Jason Ng is a full-time lawyer, part-time singer, writer, model, and English-teacher (!!!???). He has a blog about his raves and rants about Hong Kong:
Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-31tN2qBdnw I spent the morning in Wan Chai taking my nursemaid Gaga out to dim sum. As I went back to her place, a small room in Wan Chai, I decided to videotape her.
She is an 84-year-old virgin, truly I believe.
She's from the generation of "self-brush" women who decided to go to work as a girl rather than marrying a man. She came to work for my family before she turned 20, and she didn't lea...Read more

I was on Facebook and someone posted a video about Jin at the Bella Premiere in Hong Kong. In the video, there was a blonde chick who rapped fabulously in Cantonese. So I looked around and found a Youtube video about this girl named Corinna (陳明恩), an Australian Hong Kong performer, currently studying at the Academy for Performing Arts:

I bought this cup a few days ago and I have to say it's now my favorite cup. "I am not a paper cup" is fantastic for coffee and makes an amazing gift!
I became an instant fan of Ms. Ling as I stumbled across her blog. Bai Ling is the new standard for Chinglish. She is the master of Chinglish. Her blog must be read to be believed:
"When I stand on the edge of the cliff, it feels like if there is just a little touch of the wind, then it will take me away to the lights and burns my memory, or maybe I will landed on a beautiful w...Read more
KING OF SPY 特務之王 is programmed brilliantly as the opening feature of the Hong Kong Asian Independent Film Festival. Made for a teeny sum of HKD$5,000 (about USD$700), KING OF SPY is indeed the one of the lowest budgeted and the most passionate, exciting and entertaining features ever made out of Hong Kong.
KING OF SPY must be seen to be believed. Parodying the canon of action films such as JAMES BOND, THE MATRIX, and a dozen of Hong Kong actioners, the Chu brothers (who directed and acted in the film) show us a energetic mix of camp, ...Read more
