招募對象是全世界的年輕華語電影創作者

活動共為期十五天  提供全程食宿 (&非台灣本地的學員，影展會提供機票補助!!!)　除了正在熱情邀請大師級的講師(侯孝賢、杜篤之、李屏賓、是枝裕和、李安...)來講課之外也會組成台灣本地的劇組   協助來自各國的學員們在台灣實地拍片與交流!!

第一屆的金馬電影學院  會甄選出16名學員、只要年滿18歲 有參與過兩部短片或一部長片以上的拍攝  都非常歡迎來報名參加!!!!!
