Day 3 of the 30 day 10 min Sirsasana 1 (headstand) challenge. I finally remembered to use my yoga blanket to cushion the head so my main focus was the contact point on my head to the ground. I was very tired after yesterday and today's intensive practice. I almost fell out at 5 min because I was looking at my clock for the time to do the leg variations. And I almost fell again at 9 min and 30 sec when my muscle cramped up.
