Firstly, I'd like to thank all of you for making me smile all birthday!

I had a small celebration this year, dinner with my family and a few close friends and it was a beautiful way to cross over to the new life - no I'm just kidding, frankly, I'm a year older but feel exactly the same as the week before...

I've been pretty busy with work recently...

I hosted Music Matters for the first time (Thank you Jasper!!!) which was great fun!  H&M were my clothing sponsors so I was dressed in their gear which was fun! I managed to watch the first half of Jason Mraz's show but had to miss the second half to attend meetings! Thanks to Jasper who kindly filled in for me, not only was Music Matters a great experience for me to learn what it's like to MC a conference but I was also able to get all the hustling and bustling done on the networking side...

It was so nice to see Terry McBride again in HK , my current manager, (as opposed to London/ NY/ LA) and meet all the new team in HK & China who will be working on the Celina Jade project. Things are really start to pick up and I'm happy about the progress we are making on the Mandarin album! I met a lot of new and interesting people including Hans Ebert - (CEO of we-enhance) as well as TC Pan (Head of Nokia) and had really interesting discussions such as why CDs are now nothing but a vanity for artists.

We got to listen to bands/ artists from across the world, including Ms Jully Black who was phenomenal; not to mention watching the alivenotdead showcase which was awesome! Ted Low is an amazing pianist I must say!

Anyway, so it was a good week and a highlight of my month (excluding my bday hehe)

I don't really have many photos since I was working my butt off, but here are some (from the opening night) a nice man sent me... If you guys have photos of the actual conference, can you tag me please? Much much appreciated!

今年我便跟家人和親密朋友吃晚飯作個低調的小慶祝。這亦是一個很美滿的踏入一個新生活形式 - 不﹐我只是開玩笑而已。老實說﹐我只是老了一年。可是﹐感覺上便跟上週一模一樣。

最近我在工作上忙個不停。。。

我在今年的Music Matters首次當司儀 (謝謝你﹐ Jasper!!!)﹐ 而且這嘗試也蠻好玩的﹗H&M當時是我的服裝贊助所以當天我穿了這牌子的衣服(挺有趣﹗) 我能夠抽空看一看Jason Mraz表演的上半部份。不過由於我有需要開會便不能欣賞下半部﹗謝謝Jasper幫我替更。Music Matters對我來說不只是一個很充實的機會讓我學習當會議的司儀﹐我亦可趁這機會在建立關係網絡下點工夫。。。

我也很高興能夠在香港再次遇見我現任經理人Terry McBride (不像在倫敦/紐約/洛杉機經常見面那樣)。我還跟即將在The Celina Jade Project的香港/中國的工作人員碰面。事情開始有點發展﹐我亦很高興見到我在國語專輯的進展﹗我也能夠認識很多新相識和有趣的人包括Hans Ebert (we-enhance的行政總裁)﹐還有TC Pan (諾基亞的老闆)。 我們還討論CD為何對歌手來說是沒太大意義。

我們有機會聽到世界各地的歌手和樂團包括Jully Black小姐(她的確很捧﹗)還有不提不得的是alivenotdead的展現品﹗ 我也肯定的要說一句﹐Ted Low是一位很厲害的鋼琴演奏者!

不管怎樣﹐這個星期過得挺好。亦是整個月最精彩的一部份(當然不包括我生日在內。嘻嘻﹗)

由於我當時工作個不停所以我沒太多相片給你們觀看。不過有位友善的人送了幾張在會議首晚拍攝的相片給我。如果你們有會議拍攝的相片便通知我一聲﹐好嗎﹖真 的真的萬分感謝你們了﹗
