Here's an interesting little youtube trick....
If you add: &fmt=18
to the end of any url... for example:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ONa5t8w1hmc&fmt=18
from
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ONa5t8w1hmc (notice the &fmt=18 at the end)The videos will play higher quality image and sound. This is in the beta stages apparently still. It does take a little bit longer for the videos to start depending on your connection.
Apparently adding &fmt=6 or &fmt=18 to the end of a video link returns a H.264 encoded clip at 480×360 resolution with a bitrate up to 850K. (Which basically means... higher quality.)
