Everyone - thanks for the kind comments. I really apprecaite them. Since I can't show my work often to the outside world, it's nice to know that on some level it touches someone. About the work: I like to think of this kind of thing as dream logic. It's not literal, it doesn't have to even be linear, but when you put it all together, it's really up to the viewer to decide what it's "about." I think it's like a friend - your relationship to that friend is not going to be the same as someone else's relationship to that person. There is a dynamic between you and the friend and that is what defines the friendship. Logisticall these are very strange to shoot. I'm given an idea (in this case "falling angels") and a set of models with certain haircuts and styilinig. Then during the shoot I'm given models as they are available for me. We shoot with four people on our crew. We shoot very fast and surprisingly inexpensively compared to what commercials cost... multitudes less. So - I come in with an idea (which I'm given often like two days before the shoot) and I improvise on that concept or that basic story idea as we shoot. (completely out of order of course which is standard for movies.) I hope that is somewhat interesting.
