Team News – Wimobilize signs deal with ‘other’ car manufacturerMcElrea Racing technology partner, Wimobilize has rumoured to have signed a lucrative deal with a car manufacturer that isn’t Porsche in the Asia Pacific region.“All we can say for now is that it is going to be very exciting!” said Wimobilize chief, Stephen Lee. “You will more at the end of next month.”It has been widely known amongst the Singaporean automotive, and Asian motorsport industries, that Yuey Tan has been rather unhappy with the way business has been conducted between the two parties. These may be the cause of the Wimobilize company, turning away from Porsche for the first time since being established in Singapore.“Yes, it was unfortunate. There were some things that did not work out between Porsche and our team. Though Porsche Centre Singapore are a 2010 partner , and we are still very happy to have them with us.
