北京自行车世界杯赛

     前些天，我参加了在北京举行的“自盟场地自行车世界杯赛”的开幕式表演。

表演结束后，我看了一点那场比赛，这是我第一次观看这种室内的自行车比赛。。。来自各国的自行车高手如云。感觉很是震撼啊，速度太快了！

     以前我总是没有时间出来看她在12点的时候吹蜡烛，这次终于赶上她周六过生日了。选在了朋友的酒吧，包场庆生日！跟每年一样，又是一次超级生日大派对！大概来了五十多人，大家都很开心。。。我也是。。。好久没有这么开心过了！

     It was Cady's birthday last saturday ... i finally got chance to celebrate it with her on the weekend.she choosed a bar which is her friend is the boss.so we had the whole bar as a huge Birthday party for her !!! and there were at least 50 people showed up from that night !!! 我怎么了？ What the F happened to me ?

       我快疯了！气死我了，本来就有腰伤。最近的训练刚刚有点起色，腰伤又反复发作了，今天的训练一塌糊涂，特别是720接劈叉！！！今天做了三次，全失败了。而且又摔到了腰的左侧，现在整个腰疼得不行！！！我快疯了，这样的情况不知道还要持续多久。。。很无奈！我特别想练，又怕腰伤加重导致赛前不能上场！今年的比赛对我来说真的很重要，我不想失去这次机会。我一定要加油！愿菩萨保佑我。。。
