I'm in Huairou 我在怀柔

     I'm out side of beijing right now.The beijing wushu team moved to Huairou for trainnnig.we will be here for 2 months.just getting ready for the 11th All china games final competition.

It feel so tired to back on wushu practice again ... i came here on monday.i already lose 2 KG ... cause i train really hard these days . and its getting better and better !!! hopefully when i come out of this place ... u can see me improved !!!

we had great fun from the party ... but i was kind busy from the whole time. cause its a AnD party in beijing .... i know most the people who showed up at the party ! from the whole time i was picking up my friends from downstairs to up !!! so busy ... but we had so much together !
