COMIC BOOK UPDATE

After boring you guys with all those intricate & nerdy movie reviews, I guess it's time to get back to more serious business again.

Some interesting stunt jobs are coming up next month and I shall definitely keep you posted on that... but in the meantime I'd like to squeeze in a little update on my aforementioned artsy-fartsy photo novel project with Shanghai-based photographer Marten von Rauschenberg .

While I was in Hong Kong in March, I met up with Midori Lai (who is also a member of the AnD family... check out her page!). She's a totally cool artist (why isn't she official?), I really dig her stuff and I'm thrilled to have her on board. With her amazing expertise in Gothic Style & Cozplay she's exactly what we were looking for. She's really quite unique.

At present, Marten's still busy with a CGI job for a big Chinese car company, but as soon as he's done we're hopefully going to get green light.

The work title of our project is CHAMELEON NIGHTS,and here are a few storyboard layouts I've done during the preperation phase. Don't expect too much, since I didn't have proper drawing materials at the time... but the pages should give you a basic idea about what we're going for.
