Crunch 捲腹

鍛練目標 : 腹部肌肉

1.躺在軟墊上,雙手可放在身旁,雙腿提起並屈曲成直角。

2.呼氣,將上身慢慢向前捲起,當上背升至離開軟墊,

 稍作停留上背再回到開始時位置。

 *過程中,腰部必須緊貼軟墊,令腰部得到承托。

  每組做15次,進行3組。
