鍛練目標 : 背部及腰部肌肉

1.俯臥在健身墊上,整個人以前臂及前腳掌作支撐,收緊腹部。

2.呼氣,背部向上提升,直至整個背部有拉緊的感覺,

稍作停頓背部再下降回開始時位置。

 每組做15次,進行3組。
