We are LUCKY.

With family and friends over Christmas.. it was the right choice to come home.

We all make choices in life.. and this is one of them.

seeing old age.. makes us more sentimental... more understanding , less tolerant of superficial situations.. it throws priorities into a different light.

it can be disturbing  to see  age.. it is a different world to be older facing age...once we were all capable.. and as we grow with grace... those physical things we once were doing freely... doesn't happen so fast.. and some times there is no control over motions or emotions.

Mentally it sets a different tone...both for the elderly and the loved ones.

many things are senseless when they are helpless... and you just stand by and watch deteriotation...degeneration.

we are all so involved in our daily do's ... it's hard to take time out. We have to make the time.. and not drift away..time does not wait.. and we need to make peace.

There is alot on offer now than before. Music, visuals.. touch...helps to all feed the senses. We are lucky.

Spend the new year with those nearest and dearest...even if it is a phonecall Let that be a resolution.
