Sorry, I set my video blog to private at Youtube...so, you couldn't open it before...it's working now so ck it out!!!
Ok, I have been in China now for over 2 weeks and I have not yet started rehearsals. I was supposed to start on the 1st of June…and then it was supposed to be the 10th…then, they said the 13th…and now it’s the 14th. I really do hope that I actually start on Sat. I’d like to get this movie startin soon!!! I’m actually going to be rehearsing for about a month before I actually start shooting!
So…I have another free day…and I’m having insomnia at the moment. I don’t know what to do with myself…I haven’t really been getting very...Read more
Things that make you go “tat”. Tat (v.)- the sound that you make when you get annoyed, frustrated, or upset with something or someone. Actually, I think that Chinese people might have invented it. But, since then, this sound/term has traveled all over the world….and it has become just as universal as the “F” word or the finger (which I witnessed by a taxi driver in Shanghai only a few months ago…and was quite impressed) But, I think the Chinese are better at the sound because it seems to come out louder ...Read more
It's been a good 10 days. I've been able to start to feel out Beijing...and then, relax with my family in Shanghai. I got to hang out with my cousins, my aunt, and my 2 cute little twin nieces. Today I'll be going back to Beijing and I'll finally start this movie. I'm glad I'll get to see Eugenia before I actually start the rehearsing....well, I'm a bit nervous because I haven't acted in a long time. It's actually been about 2 years! I can already see the challenges that are coming up ahead. I...Read more
I arrived in Beijing last Tues, the 27th and since then my days have been filled with activity. I have never really had a chance to enjoy Beijing. The last time I spent a long time in this city was when I was 14. My dad took my sister, Jen, Harry, and me one summer for an entire month. In this month, we were mainly there to learn. During that time I remember I had swimming, Chinese dance, volleyball, piano, and mandarin classes...so, my outlook on Beijing was much different back then.
You have a new take on a city like Beijing…ha...Read more
Yesterday I had to do a charity catwalk for Columbia. The money raised for the event will go to the earthquake victims in China. To tell you the truth, ever since I was a little girl, I'd avoid watching news because it really depressed me. I'd actually have nightmares when I'd hear about murders going on and natural disasters. I remember the 7.8 earthquake I experienced in LA. It was the first one that I experienced...and the scariest part to me was the sound it made. My poor sister had to hold my hand at night beca...Read more
On Sat, the 17th, I was invited to attend the Gala of "We Will Rock You". I'm lucky enough to have a friend, Stanley Shen, who works for OOCL..and usually, when a show comes to HK they are one of the main sponsors...so, every time there is a show, I'll be invited. It's great since I LOVE watching shows! I have to admit, it wasn't what I thought it would be....well, the songs were great and the singers were great! But...hmm I don't want to say too much because I don't want to offend anyone....

I decided that the best thing for him now would be to stay with her since I'd be traveling too much this year. It's really hard to see other dogs and not have him with me. I see his breed everywhere now. He used to be the only one...and then suddenly it became "trendy" to have that type of dog...which I think is really lame since dogs are not bags or clothes. Seth just turned 5, so he's been around for awhile...and I must say, no ...Read more
