Day 24 and 25 of the 10 min Sirsasana 1 (Headstand) 30 Day Challenge. I've been having morning self practiced at my hotel these past few days and adding in my 10 mins to the practice. It's been amazing! And the first time that I've been able to do self practice for over an hr.
