Some friends tell me if I ever saw Requiem For A Dream, I would love it and gush about it all day. Well they said the same thing about A Clockwork Orange. And guess what?

They are right.

I love Requiem.

I recently got a copy of "The Fountain," which I'm anxious to check out. But the Aronofsky film that excites me the most is definitely his upcoming one, "The Wrestler." Mickey Rourke. Need I say more?

I haven't seen "Pi" all the way through. To be honest, my biggest "problem" with Aronofsky's work in the past has been that his films always came across more as style over substance to me.
