Just got back from a crazy promo tour for Milk & Fashion. Yesterday was the craziest. We left Yangzhou in the morning to go to Nanjing, then straight on a plane to Beijing and back to Shanghai in the evening.

Adventure Girls - G-Max in Singapore vid

Betty, Erik and I checked out the G-Max @ Clarke Quay.

It's also called the reverse bungee jump, but it's less scary than an actual bungee jump. It will still give you a rush!

They have a newer one called the GX-5 extreme swing. I'll try that one next time!

Adventure Girls - diving with sharks vid

Here are some clips from the show where I was on my mission to find sharks and sea snakes! You can tell I was so sleepy right before that first dive. I think we woke up at 4am to go to the diving site in time. The cold sea water sure woke me up!

Glued to the TV

I don't think I've ever watched the news so much... I've practically been glued to the TV watching all the reports on the earthquake and felt extremely emotional during the 3 minutes of silence at the beginning of the three days of national mourning...

At this moment the death toll stands at a terrifying number of41353 and another 32666 people are still missing...A big topic is the recovery of the traumatized kids...

How fortunate we are...

I've been following the news every day... It's impossible to hold the tears back when I look at the devastating results of the Earthquake... I have deep respect for all the rescuers, who have been working like mad, day and night, to find survivors. They are the real heroes! One of the clips shows rescuers finding a little boy who was trapped under layers and layers of debris. They immediately gave him something to drink and then continued to remove all the debris that was squashing his little body... Thank God this kid survive...Read more
