SAY CHEESE!!!

One of the things that I really miss in Shanghai is the great choice of cheese!

Cheese is called KAAS in Dutch and even the little supermarket around the corner of my parent's house in Holland stocks heaps of cheese. I'm having it everyday for breakfast with freshly baked bread!

I also like cumin cheese which is impossible to find in Shanghai:

Almost every household in Holland has a special tool to make cheese slices.

I will be getting a few as a souvenir to give away to my cheese lover friends!

If you don't have this cheese slicer, a potato peeler would also pretty much do the same job too! ;)
