"Step to Love"chocolate art piece for Time Square art exhibition, Feb 2006.

idea: Thousand explanation and expression of what Love is. Dark chocolate is a bit bitter in taste, then you will feel the essence of cacao, it makes you happier. 

This time, I focus on the process of Love, just likes dark chocolate gives. the feeling, maintaining, prolongment toward an happy ending. Spiral ladder is good to show that idea.

all designers' art pieces for entering that exhibition are required to made of real chocolate. it's the difficulty for the spiral ladder. I do many tries on testing the melting and cooling point of chocolate, and totally I melt 6 lbs dark chocolate, for finishing the "Step to Love"... it proved that Love really need a patience. ha!~ and i feel satisfy and enjoy on the process of making it. newspaper cut for "Dear Chocolate" Exhibition
