A study shows that consistent laughter in your daily life can extend your lifespan by 8 years. I wouldn't be surprised. Laughing is one of my all time fave activities. Whether it's a classic episode of Fresh Prince like when Will and Carlton flipped their car over the mountain in the snow and had to ski down the avalanche or just a simple silly look that Chance gives me, you can count on me to be laughing up a storm. I've been blessed to have the type of sense of humor that pretty much enables me to laugh at anything. Ever so often, laughing at the expense of others is something most of us are guilty of whether we want to admit it or not. It may not come across on the surface to many, but there's definitely layers of personal issues and insecurities that I've been working through over the years and only by the absolutely amazing grace of God, I'm gradually starting to see breakthrough in all these areas. In that healing process, one of the greatest things to ever happen to me was finally being able to laugh at myself. So to anyone going through a tough time in life right now, I want to encourage you to take a deep breath, have a good laugh and know that things will #GetBetter.
