Brown rice cooked in rice cooker for 35 min, once that button pops and the rice is done, REMOVE it off the cooker (my mom told me that's the trick for moist rice & i've never looked back).
Shrimp i keep on hand in the freezer, which is not only readily available its cheaper to buy, and last but not least i steamed 2 bunchs of bok choy with garlic cloves. Simple. Healthy. Cheap.
