Noam Chomsky is one of my favourite authors and speakers. Though one of the world's leading intellectuals, he is rarely interviewed in the US media. He doesn't speak in sound-bites and his ideas and answers delve deeper into the issues than the 30 seconds normally permitted to interviewees.

I've heard some people dismiss Chomsky as a conspiracy theorist. But I think that's ignorant and simplistic and it falls within the concision-type thinking that he talks about in the video above.
"The beauty of concision is that you can only repeat conventional thoughts."
