Pregnancy Week #22 孕婦日記第22周
Pros: 好處 Lots of energy! I've been hiking, swimming, yoga-ing, pilates-ing... even flying all over the place, from Taipei to LA to Houston back to LA and I feel GREAT! Exercise has been very good for me, keeping me in shape, feeling good and energetic, and helping me sleep better at night.. so my advice: just keep on movin' ????♀️??♀️ 依然充滿活力!我還是愛爬山, 做瑜珈,皮拉提斯,游泳等,且都沒有問題!同時我也還是飛來飛去, 從台灣到LA到我老家(德州休士頓)再到LA, 精神和體力都沒有問題,一點也不累! 所以得到了一點小小心得,建議大家:真的要多運動才比較有精神,身體比較不會酸痛,睡的也比較好。 簡單的10分鐘也好, 只要能多動就是運動。
Cons: 壞處 I've finally experienced the dreaded SNEEZE-PEE. Yup, it's what it sounds like... where you tinkle a little if you sneeze too hard. Or just sneeze at all... ? IT REALLY DOES HAPPEN!! My suggestion: When you're about to sneeze, tighten up all those muscles. It's like a good Kegel exercise workout... that stops yourself from having a little embarrassing accident. 過去我聽朋友說作為一個孕婦很有可能會出現一個狀況,但是一直以來我都不信,我 曾在書裡看過,在網路上也讀過,但就是不信。不過我現在終於相信了:懷孕幾個月後,真的會打噴嚏閃尿!? 奉勸大家打噴嚏的時候不能肌肉太放鬆,同時也多注意自己的身體變化,連這麼看似稀鬆平常卻不平凡的小事發生在我們孕婦身上,都會變成需要去適應習慣的改變。 這裏也有一點小心得分享,建議大家:用力的使用你的腹肌和你的核心肌群,然後每次打噴嚏就把它當成做kegel運動(凱格爾運動,也稱作骨盆運動)的小練習,同時也能避免一些窘窘小意外發生。
還是只有我有這個問題?!?????
