Savouring Turtle Soup

I've enjoyed my day today, pretty fruitful.

First I came back from Mahjong session in the morning. Then I went for a particular casting where I met a friend Liangyi there and eventually had lunch together.

Then I went for another particular casting which was so filled with joy and laughter bitching about a particular someone who is always making a fool of him/herself. And I had actually developed a friendship with the casting director cum producer cum production house owner and might be able to work out something really solid in the near future. I might be going backstage production! I had always believed in learning everything related to your field and being in film production is what I'm lacking. Thank you Hilda for giving me this oppotunity. Lets work things out!

I headed down to esplanade to catch a concert, wasn't very fascinating. Whats most interesting of the day was catching a screening at Sinema Old School.

I didn't plan on going. I didn't know anyone there. I just browsed through the events happening on AnD and saw it that is under Singapore and thought I should note it down on my calendar so I can drop by to support fellow AnD artiste should I have time. I'm glad I had decided to go down for it.

I was pleasantly surprised by what I've watched in the 2 hours. And greatly by the story itself and the casts Xiang Yun and our made in Singapore AnD Artiste Stephanie Loh.

She's a one hell of an awesome lady. She acted in the feature film on her first acting experience. Not perfect but definitely deserves best newcomer award. Well, the film was shot in 2003 (i think?) and Stephanie is no longer a newcomer.

She's now a fellow competitor of mine! If you know what I mean.
