Well, it is good to be going home (my god, Hong Kong is home now!) but sad to be leaving Los Angeles.

Here i am! What weather! Cold breeze, hot sun. Walks to the beach require clothing production meets... Venice Beach is a hoot. Yup, opening night went... alright i guess. Well, what to expect when opening in an original musical with six part harmonies, and sonheimy melodies and playing three characters with not a ton of rehearsal.
That said: tonight was the Bomb!
It was such a pleasure to be on stage rockin it, feelin that audience! I suppose you will all have to drab my cold lifeless body off stage i love it so freakin much.

I was worried for a while there, but by deadline thirty new scrīpts poured in.... At first i laughed. Then i cried! No sleep for the weary!
The scrīpts are great, the kids did a wonderful job. I am looking forward to shooting scrīpts about the Harbor as see through the eyes of Hong Kong's youth. They obviously have something to say about it!!!!! I may never get government funding ever... not all the scrīpts are that , well, shall i say, accommodating.

Lot's more things to do for this Sunday's Film Festival- Focus on Film and I Shot Hong Kong are putting together a tasty assortment of young new talent for your viewing pleasure!I am hoping for a major turn out at the TST Avenue of the Stars from 11 am to 8 pm. Our films will be showing continually on the big outdoor screen and we will be giving free workshops in film making throughout the day.
