Acting - Method or Passion

As  writer you have to read a lot. I mean a lot - 100's over books over the years from the classics to modern story tellers like Stephen King. In amongst all this reading is knowledge leading to the late night study of text books on just about everything, although dominated by psychology. I always wanted to be an actor but never had the courage to try, oddly enough my youngest daughter is an actor and drama teacher - so maybe it was in the genes? I still even at 60 dream of one day being in a movie ha ha - not at the star but that method acting that stands close to the action to add authenticity to the plot. So if any directors, actors or casting want an 60 year old professor looking type ( means handsome) to make the Chinese movie seem more real - then please give me a call. See even getting on in years you can still have that dream - and who knows what might happen next?
