Back in the kitchen last night. Found a nice baby back rib and rubbed it down with Peter Watson Jamaican jerk marinade, dark soy, and honey. For sides, corn on the cob and steamed pumpkin glazed with honey and peppered with paprika and cinnamon. Ribs had a nice kick without being too spicy. Corn was not good, unfortunately, because of some weird genetic modification the farmers did to it -- both texture and taste were artificial.
