MY CHRISTMAS LISTS FROM THE PAST

Hi, guys. 

Long time, no blog. 

I’ve been in New Orleans for the past six weeks or so, visiting my family, hitting the gym really hard, finishing up a writing assignment, and conducting research for my next personal project. 

Anyway, my mom has been pretty under the weather lately, but she did manage to wrap some Christmas presents today and, in the process of doing so, uncovered a handful of old Christmas lists that I made back when I was a kid.  Needless to say, it was great fun to revisit them after all this time.  They’re certainly good for a few laughs, if not the occasional rush of nostalgia. 

Unfortunately, my parents’ scanner is a little under the weather too at the moment, but I thought I’d reprint a few of my old Christmas lists here for your reading pleasure.  (Note: Not all of my lists were dated, but I’ve done my best to put them in chronological order.  Also, for the purposes of maintaining a sense of authenticity, I decided to reprint the items exactly as they were originally written in my childish scrawl, misspellings and all.)
