I don't know the woman who wrote this article but it's very thorough and strikes a cord with me. An ex gf (now good friend) found this online so she drove me to go pick it up. If you can see the resemblance you’ll know why I bought it. A bit of a trip. Maybe some foreshadowing into my future .
Just past eight weeks since I suffered a fractured fibula and had surgery. Started getting my agility back last week. Most people are still trying to walk at this stage. But my mind body and spirit had other ideas. Working out today with my physio guy Harry @envisionphysio holding pads for me. Know what your capable of but also know your limits. Also a big thank to @dr.katherinechung #redtreewellness and @somatherapy for being a part of my recovery
Was a busy weekend for @got2eatmeals and #auditions . Blasted one off today in Japanese and 2 more auditions tomorrow. Time to focus with a little @starbuckscanada treat beside me.
