"A sleek neo-noir... impassioned and gains power and traction... attests to (Lee's) talent and confidence" – LOS ANGELES TIMES
"Stylish, if True Romance is the gonzo extreme of the noir genre, UNDOING is more of a cool mood piece." - VARIETY
"An energetic, visually stunning and absorbing neo noir... Lee's direction is confident, bold" - SF CHRONICLE
"Chris Chan Lee's low-key noir UNDOING has cool in spades. UNDOING delivers it's firepower with a silencer."
"Visually arresting, with a few virtuoso turns (including a surprising one by veteran Russell Wong)" - Jeff Yang SF GATE
"Tough and heartfelt"
"A film of discrete sensitivity and unusual emotional intelligence. Sincere, smart, and exceptionally well-cast and performed, the film clicks." - NEW YORK SUN"An atmospheric grafting of Hong Kong action stylistics onto the L.A. cityscape, the film benefits from its assured feel for the streets putting its Korea town setting and Asian-American characters firmly within the traditions of both genres. If True Romance is the gonzo extreme of Noir then Undoing is the cool, jazz center. Kelly Hu is great and Russell Wong is brilliant in a Christopher Walken inspired performance."
