Yup yup just step inside a cab or a mall, everywhere outside is hot but inside almost everywhere they go airco. However most airco is pretty freezing cold.

I agree... It was really hot when I was there. The weather in Shanghai was really nice the past few days, but today it started raining...Stay inside where there is aircon! ;) xox
