The adventures of Cara G

So boy oh boy have i been a busy little bee over the last couple of weeks.  Mainly working but of course there was a little bit of play in between.  It's me after all. 

So where should I start...................................?

First of all i went to China to shoot two TVC's  and two prints which was awesome, i love shooting TVC's.   I love everything that's happening behind the camera i find it so interesting and exciting.  Everyone works so hard and for such long hours, to make this 30 sec piece of art, it's rad.  While I'm on this topic i would like to mention how impressed I am by the crew that work on TVC's and films.  These guys get there before everyone else (eg: actors, models, directors, clients), and they work there asses off for crazy amounts of hours ( heavy duty work might i add) and they receive hardly any recognition.  So I would just like to give all crew a pat on the back because they really deserve more recognition.  No production could happen without them.

Ok, so i went a bit off track then but i thought it necessary.  Where was I, oh yeah.  So the TVC's were a load of fun, the prints not so much but all in all it was a good 5 days.  Had some extremely funny experience's coming back to HK in the van.  One in which involved me getting locked in a van, a platic bag with holes in it, pee and a good chance to laugh at my self out load.  Here are some pics from the trip :)

After a long week i missed by besty so much so we met up for a little drink........... This her impression of my new hair do.......... Then i had a relaxing day at the beach with some of my closest friends, and all their babies.

In our support for UNICEF, Jesper, Rose and I attended the overseas students charity ball.  This was the first ball i had ever been to so i was shocked that no one did any kind of ballroom dancing.  I had my dancing shoes on and was ready to rumble but unfortunatley i was the only one. There was a rapper who yelled nigga, fuck and UNICEF in the same line though.  Kinda unappropriate i thought but very entertaining ha ha.

Time to head to Maci, not Macau.  Well that's where Lady Ga Ga thought she was anyway he he he.

Not my kind of music but she put on an ok show i guess, the costums where good.  Her on stage yoga was a pretty good crowd pleaser.  Or a good distraction from her singing i thought.

The band was complete eye candy ha ha.

Then i had a shoot with Kim Robinson at 10am in hk the next morning ahhhhhhhhh, don't have pics from his shoot that day but i do have some pic that Jesper shot when i got home which are my new fav, still Kim's hair. My make up and styling ........ Jesper McIlroy photography

Off to Shanghai i go to shoot for Japanese mag Rayli

Then back to HK for the launch of my add for  SHISEIDO,

Then yesterday had a Dior event and that brings me to today.  Hope i didn't miss anything.
