Ok so this cake almost drove me to madness! I may be the expert in healthy eats but when it come to cakes I'm a beginner for sure. So it's not exactly the rainbow cake I had imagined but whatever it's covered in rainbow icing and India will go nuts ( literally go nuts from a sugar overload) I think I need some practice baking for next year
