the 2 poems I wrote in class today

The pink piglet is flying,

across the big blue sea.

Sun is setting,

Sense of peace,

Sound of ocean, which calms me

in the midst of this HIV.

My heart is grieving as it wills.

It is time to take my purple pill.

How I yearn to just be still,

Spending time in the big blue sea,

Floating, thinking, dreaming still,

to be inspiring for you and me. 

as the sun is setting

my heart is still grieving

yet it will not stop me

from flying or dreaming

as the sense of peace and calmness within

inspires me to keep soaring.
