Just came back from the jazz poetry night by Brink and really enjoyed it, I'm sooooo glad that I went, people are sooo talented. I specially enjoyed Kristina Lao's songs, her voice is simply amazing and I was deeply moved by her song, 'machine gun'.Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7ICmYvkP7M

It was a great honor to have met a lot of people and got my eyes opened to what jazz poetry is. And my bonus was being educated by Mark Aldred himself about writing poems. I've always wanted to write and never knew where to start, but now I'm really eager to try :)

And yes Mark, i still owe you a song. He asked me to sing and I chickened out :p
