I had a threesome with the members of FBI

What I meant is that I had three shows with FBI: Yo-Park+LKF Beerfest+Backstage in the space of only three days. Kinda like a threesome. lol!

I better watch what I say... I have already gotten in trouble from my gf for my comment about having a part-time gf, aswell as a full-time gf. I was only joking around! Unfortunately for me, my girlfriend doesn't have a sense of humour ( slap!). Oh no! I think I am in trouble again.

Last weekend was very busy for FBI. We have never played three shows in three days before. It was a great experience, but also very tiring. In the week leading up to the show I had a virus that was really bringing me down, and I wasn't able to shake it off entirely before the weekend.

So, I went to Yo-Park feeling under the weather and by the end of the set I was exhausted. I just wanted to sit down, or more-so, go home. But, I stuck around and supported the other members of FBI while they performed with the artist, Meg Chan .

After the show at Yo-Park I was really worried that my voice would sound crap for the LKF Beerfest. I didn't want to let the other guys down by having a poor performance. But, it was out of my control. Luckily for me my voice held for the first two songs, but I could feel it breaking under the pressure during 'Man Love!' and I decided to do only one 'save me!' in the end, so that I could save my voice.

It was hard to get motivated on the stage because I was not feeling the best and because of the humidity. Also, the stage was very small and it hampered any movement, even if I wanted to be more active. I tried to jump up and down, and the next thing I know I hit the bass drum with my foot. After that I stopped jumping. The humidity really got to us! All of the guys were perspirating with sweat from every pore after the show. I just wanted to go home, again. But, I stayed and hung out with some friends who had come to watch the show. Thanks!

We were still unsure whether we were going to play at BACKSTAGE the next night. After the LKF Beerfest we didn't have any energy to do anything. But, we decided that we would play anyway. I am glad we did go because it was another good oppurtunity to showcase our stuff to the public. We played 'Loneliness' and 'Gonna make love'. I was still not fully recovered from feeling sick and I didn't have a sudden return of energy or form. But, I was suprised that our performance was so much better than I had expected.

So, I endeavour to get more fit and healthy so that I can perform at 110%. That means I have to hit the gym tonight.... can't wait! (I'm being sarcastic if you didn't notice. haha!)

No shows this weekend, that means I can go to the beach on Sunday with my baby! Bring on the good weather!
