Very smart...we already implemented something simmilar, but this is slightly better, will adopt.

Sad news - because of light and time waterproofer couldn't finish today - but he has got the water barriers down, the puddle phalanges in and the walls and concrete have been primed ready for the membrane. That should happen tomorrow morning so you will have to wait until then to see the final prep shots. #AngellReno

So very good. Cant wait. Movie night at the Angell's to watch Guardians of the Galaxy in preparation of Vol 2 weekend after next. Standby for invites.

Master Ensuite before shot. Plumbing all roughed in. Sewerage hooked up to mains. Walls battened and clad with FC Villaboard, joins taped and plastered (by me). Particularly proud of the shower niche, which I made personally by hand (it was hard). Corners all siliconed up, niche siliconed up and flashing installed beind the FC sheets (the black stuff). Is being waterproofed by a certified water-proofer this afternoon at 3.30p. #AngellReno cc: Kaylie Kieren

South-facing storm-water connected to the street. Doesn't sound hard, except that the street Kerb is about 1.2m higher than the ground at the last down pipe. Did it myself. Except the earth works. f*%# digging by hand. Ground soil also graded away from the house (previously was slopped towards the house and pooled at the back door ready to flood us). Already had a couple bouts of rain (albeit light) and the "charged stormwater system" works perfectly. #AngellReno
