Alright, you've pounded out as many burpees as you can in one minute. Now, with minimal rest, it's time for Phase Two of your TEST OF WILL...Blasting out as many squats in one minute with a 20 kg dumbbell for dudes and 10 kg dumbbell for the ladies. This coming weekend you can see what you're made of by completing four different exercises for one minute each starting with this total body burner, the Burpee with integrated push up. Remember, you wanna pump out as many reps as you can, but don't forget you've still got three more exercises to conquer. Therefore, I think it's wiser to power through smoothly and controlled without lighting your muscles on fire...yet. Anything above twenty reps for this exercise in one minute is pretty good.
