Remember, you wanna pump out as many reps as you can, but don't forget you've still got three more exercises to conquer. Therefore, I think it's wiser to power through smoothly and controlled without lighting your muscles on fire...yet. Anything above twenty reps for this exercise in one minute is pretty good.
