My Calefare Days

I made a guest appearance on an episode of Calefare earlier this week. Was fun hangin with the crew again. Miss those shanghai days. Fiona is in the main cast too, so it was kinda like a Sense of Home reunion for me.

So the main cast includes Gurmit, Fiona, Benji, Kak Mas, Vadi, Tracy 'Tommy' Tan & the very funny WOODY Milintachinda. According to him, his dad had a "woody" when his parents were "making" him. (No shit...) Thus the name.

Its great when you have an ensemble of comedians on the one show. The Saturday Night Live vibe shoots through your veins like a river rapid! I ablsolutely loved it. Very different feeling from Yang Sisters. On the Yang set it was more like I was at home. Also cos the set was like... a home la, and the 3 sisters were like very maternal one lor. But on this one, its total comedic chaos. I knew right away I was in good company.

I didn't take pictures on my first day, which was the day we had a full cast. But anyway here are some from day 2 with Gurmit.

Shooting myself -- Yes, I'm getting better at it. I must say, the framing & focus is quite choon. Hahahaha!!!

Calefare airs on National Day August 9. After the NDP.
