merry christmas & happy new year | 聖誕及新年快樂

mmm better late than never?   lol.

I've been working doing a few of the"HI-Res" promo's TVBthat will be released out since we're moving into that direction for 2008. Man is it clear! Just a bit TOO clear ($@%!), but on another note: it's makes everything seem "more real". It's quite beautiful to see. . .

These past few mornings, I'm also getting back into trainingsince I will be performing martial arts at the TVB countdown show on the 31. I aslo met some awsome world championship title holders in wushu, tai chi, rumbling etc...& they sure kick butts! I'm still a bit cautious because I don't want to provoke my old injuries so I'm taking it light this time around. There will also be a bit offree fightingwith my performing partner (also an artist from TVB) . He's great!

I worked on both X-mas eve (talk about using my time wisely! I love it!) and X-mas day shooting for the hi res promo's with fellow Miss Hong Kong's(this one is with Beautiful Sharon Lok-MHK 05 1st runner up):

我最近忙著為TVB即將於2008年推出的"高清數字"節目做宣傳。高清節目非常清楚!甚至有點太清楚($@%!)，但另一個方面：它讓什麽都顯得”更真”。看著很美...

這幾天的早晨我回到了訓練場，因為要在31日TVB新年倒數慶祝活動中表演武術。我認識了一些很厲害的世界級冠軍，有武術、太極、散打等…他們真是高手!不想舊傷復發，我這次會比較小心，會輕柔一些。還要跟我的搭檔(也是TVB藝員)表演一些 自由搏擊，他很厲害!

我都在工作：聖誕夜(談論如何善用我的時間，我喜歡!)，聖誕當天跟另一個香港小姐(這次是跟美麗的2005香港小姐亞軍陸詩韻)為高清節目宣傳錄影：

Other than that, I've been busy shooting forDolce Vita, as an MC(it airs every Thursday 8:30 on Pearl),and it's soooo much fun. Check out this restaurant we got to shoot yesterday called"Wing Lai Yuen"  all their food had an artistic flair (you know that's why I love it!) and all dishes are recreations of the ancient food prepared for theKings in different dynasties.Totally a meal fit for a Queen & King! In this case for me and myfellow MC,Francis.

| 除此之外，我還忙著主持港生活·港享受節目(每周四8:30在明珠臺播映)，相當有趣。這是我們昨天拍攝的餐館，名字叫”詠藜園”。所有菜品都美侖美奐(所以我愛它!)，全部是 禦膳祖傳秘方。這一餐是皇後和皇帝禦用的宮廷膳!為我和 搭檔Francis而做。

Aren't these beautiful?Seriously a work of art! It only takes the chef about 15 minutes to create a flower! The best part is that they are planning a charity project that runs for10 days straightin Janurary, each table will cost$60,000in donation and23 disheswill be served each night. All in all,$600,000 HKDwill be donated to theCommunity Chest of Hong Kong. Noble eh!?

| 美不美?簡直是藝術品!廚師只用15分鐘就雕出了一朵花!錦上添花的是，他們還正籌辦將於1月份舉辦的 為期10天的一個慈善活動：每晚有一個慈善宴供應23個菜，標價6萬港幣。所得60萬港幣將全部捐贈給”香港公益金”，很慷慨吧!?
