HELP ME WITH MY OUTFIT FOR THE EVENING!

Last year, I wore black (pictured on the very right). This year, I want to try to go outside of my comfort zone. BUT it must be something that I’ll be able to pick up at a local retailer, budget-friendly cuz’ I ain’t a baller here, and red carpet ready! I have NO fashion sense and I REALLY need help! Lol.
