Dear Diary: September 2, 1993

So… I came up with the idea to do this over 6 months ago- thought it’d be a good monologue exercise while I was on a break from acting class. However, I kept putting it off until just the other day when some friends asked me whatever happened to the idea and why I wasn’t doing something with YouTube. At first, I responded, “ehh… it’s too much work.”

Then I remembered this quote that I’d heard several times from my acting teacher: “He who argues for his limitations gets to keep them.” And so I realized I was just making excuses and not allowing myself to grow.

So here it is- the very first “Dear Diary” vlog. I honestly have no idea how this is going to go, but it’s definitely going to be a very introspective process for myself and well, I’m sure you’ll see some different shades of me from 1993 to the present.
