The original song had mass appeal for its upbeat tempo and catchy tune. In August 2009 Russ started penning the lyrics and looking for the team that has bought you "Come Follow Me" by "Alfie St George".The team are:

Russ Williams (Alfie St George) - Professional Entertainer for over 25 years. Russ has had a life in the entertainment industry starting at the mere age of 11 as a child actor. This led to an extensive DJ career that saw him spinning the wheels across the globe and presenting on many radio stations in the UK. In 1992 he progressed to being a full time Comedian & After Dinner Speaker. This has led to 1000's of performances worldwide and many national UK tours, notably with Freddie Starr, Joe Longthorne, Alexander O'Neal & Englebert Humperdinck. The prestigious title of "Comedian of the Year" was awarded to Russ in 2000, with further honours of Captain and Chairman of the Comedians Golfing Society in 2003 & 2004. Through the years Russ has appeared on many TV shows for the BBC, ITV, CH4 & SKY.

The working name of "Alfie St George" was derived from combining King Alfred & our patron St George by Russ to bring mass appeal to the England fans.Barry Upton - Creator of the Million sellers "Steps", Multi Hit Writer and Producer. Barry has had a long and fruitful career in the music business starting 1977 where in 1982 he progressed to being part of the band

"Brotherhood Of Man". In 1990 Barry got his first major publishing deal with Simon Cowell, this lead to a string hit singles with various artistes including "Sonia" & "Fat Boy Slim". 1996 Barry and Steve Crosby created "STEPS" and the multi-million seller "5678". To date Barry has written and produced hundreds of tracks worldwide.Mike Fowler - Experienced Writer, Producer, Musician and Artiste Manager.

Mike is a working musician, yes they do exist! Mike works at Fareham College, Hampshire and is course leader of the BTEC National Diploma in Music Performance. Mike has worked closely with Barry Upton on many recording projects and features on several tracks on Barry's latest album. 'Come Follow Me' was recorded at Mike's professional studio and co-produced by Barry Upton.
