LavenderMiri... If there is something you want to do... and you believe it's a good thing to do... If you wait for someone else's approval or permission before beginning; you will never do it. What you're doing by waiting for permission is asking for someone to stop you. You are asking other people to share their fears with you - so you can take them on as your own.
babyboy - It's not that you don't want permission. You do want permission, because we always want permission. Permission is approval. It's a matter of waiting for approval and permission before embarking on something. The problem is if you're embarking on something visionary, no one would possibly be able to "see it" yet.
When you wait for permssion, you're basically giving into fear and then letting it attract the fear of others.

Well... as are most of my blogs, I'm mostly speaking about creative pursuits. Often these things can apply to many things in life.
They rarely apply to eating chocolate cake though.
