This past weekend I was asked to judge at Tiger Claw Elite martial arts competition in prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /Long Beach.
With me here is Master Shi Yan Xu and a Taoist monk from Wudang mountain (I forgot his name, because it all sounds the same!).
Master Shi Yan Xu is the leading fighting monk that trains the 18 Luohan monks at the Shaolin Temple. While I was with the “Gong Fu Zhi Xin” k-star show, I went there for a week of cultivation (mandatoryJ). I remember asking Master Shi Yan Xu for some tips on my Shaolin staff form and he demonstrated by using the moves to throw me across the lawn. Well, from then on I never forgot any of the techniques he showed and nor did I ask him any more questions. One hurting was enough… so I would signal to him that this guy (pointing at a different guy) had a question. ;) yup that’s pretty damn smart. Lol
Well anyways, it was cool seeing him again in America. His mission here is to find a place to open a Shaolin School in America or something. He was sent by the abbot. Crazy shit ay?
Tiffanie is moving back to northern Cali for a few months. Not for certain how long because it depends on when she can find a job.
L L Lcomfort me.
