This is my favorite quick-fix meal. Eggs with lots and lots of garlic with a hint of soy sauce and sriricha hot sauce and black pepper. YUM! A great way to lose friends too.

Food for thought::::: Did you know that your body absorbs a limited amount of cholesterol a day? So whether you eat 4 eggs or 12 eggs that day, you will gain the same amount of cholesterol. (damn I actually know something)

I went to visit my old Wushu master today. He drinks EIGHT beers a day on average!! Goddamn! … I remember when we use to have gatherings, he would down 20 heniekens in one sittings, I couldn’t believe it until I witnessed it. He’s super skinny too.
