What a great experience I had in the big apple. This is the Vampire State building covered in fog.

To be honest, I wasn’t excited at all to go to new york because on that same day the Chinese producer expressed to me and D, that he DIDN't see everlast as a project he would pick up…and so I was depressed. my "depressionary arch" was as follows:

 So when I got to new york things started to light up. Limo service came to pick me up, my first time in a limo (modest one). New York Looked just like what I saw in movies but the atmosphere was more electric. the abundance of autobody shops, big buildings that look vintage, distinct trees and range in the personalities of the people truly made this place memorable. Oh, and it’s fucken COLD! Yep, I’m mad cuz I smiled too fast that morning and ripped my lip. This is no joke! I COULDN'T YAWN W/OUT FEELING PAIN!

We went to eat sushi and engaged inconversation.<-----wow, that was ambiguous.

That night, ANG LEE was speaking at NYU. After our arrival, we discovered GRAD STUDENTS ONLY. Dagnamit! So we did something better than meeting ang lee, we talked about ME! Yay! We got into my life story and all the stories in MY head, most of which were senseless. Wendy on the other hand was a genius! Well, I don’t wanna mention our collaborative thoughts cuz brilliance should not be repeated. j/k.MAN I AM BLACK! it’s amazing that we can put our heads together. Cuz her ideas are more “layed back” and educated and mine are about “kung fu fury” and stupidity. (I am eating the Statue of Liberty!)

Well wendy called a friend, who DP’s, up and we shot an interview of me and an acting audition of me (that will NEVER be seen). But Wendy thought I was great! I shoulda made her sign something to prove she said that but I was too happy at the moment. Next day I was ryu hayabusa from NiNja Gaiden.

 Awesome set design!The Director was as cool as hell. the crew was the most positive i've ever worked with. This is the legendary Stephen Hayes and his wife Rumiko. They are famous in NINJITSU, because Stephen was the first American that acquired the true arts. I gave wendy a taste of “my process.” (method actors have a process to get into character). But I altered it to help relieve unnecessary pressures of life…”the taking of what one deserves."...and NO, SMOKING WAS NOT THE SECRET PROCESS! this is serious ART!!I very much enjoyed the assimilation into NY culture.looks like this man hates airports just like me. LOL Last but not least let's give a round of applause to my baby sister, DARY for completing the L.A. Marathon (26.7 mile run)!!! and for letting me borrow her digicamera. dang, now i gotta buy a digital cam.CONGRATS ON FINISHING 2008th PLACE, DARY!!!
